At last, we’re launching our artists’ census! 

As part of our cultural plan project, the Arts Alliance is conducting an artists’ census to find out how many artists and creative folks (visual, performing, and literary) live and work in Washtenaw County. It’s our first step in trying to give greater credibility to individual artists and to build a community of artists rather than simply having artists in a community. 

Below is some information on how you can be a part of this.  I only know a small circle of folks, but if you can add a link to your website or include mention in your newsletter and encourage folks to participate, that’d be awesome.  This really is a community effort and will only succeed if we all work together!

The census is available until May 17.
